Design
Design starts with planning. We have several excellent floor plan choices to start with. We will also help you reserve a homesite within one of our communities and then begin working on the design.
Pre-Construction
While completing the financial process and details, we finish the structural plans and utility details, set up your home on our BuilderTrend management system, clear your lot and establish your home’s elevation, and receive your approval.
Construction
This is when your home comes to life! We assist you in making exterior and interior selections in our showroom. Every detail of your home is meticulously crafted with care. Change orders are welcome with no fee, and any mistake discovered is corrected to your satisfaction.
Warranty
About 30 days after you move in to your garden home, you supply us with a punch list of issues that we can address. After a year of expansion and contraction, you provide us with a punch list of issues that we can address.
